A testimonial or review can come from either a client contact or a candidate. It is possible to have TopRec feedback requests going to the client contact coming from a different company user when compared with a candidate.
Candidate testimonials will come from the Recruiter on the candidate record if it is filled in. If however there is no Recruiter on the candidate record the TopRec system will use the Job Owner instead.
Client testimonials will come from the Job Owner.
Potential issue
In the event that you have more than one Recruiter added to the candidate record then TopRec will not know from whom to send the TopRec communication and ultimately which Recruiter to allocate the Rating to. It is therefore recommended that you ensure only one recruiter is listed on a candidate record. If more than one recruiter is provided to us, we will not send a TopRec communication to the candidate.
