How to allocate a 'Brand' for TopRec testimonial emails

When a candidate applies for one of your Jobs, they may not always use the Refari widgets installed on your website. Therefore we have created a 'Unique Brand Name' in your company settings so you can set which jobs receive which branded TopRec testimonials emails regardless of where a candidate applies.


If you haven't added any 'Brands' to your JobAdder account, here is an article to help you:

Adding a 'Brand' in JobAdder for TopRec purposes 


When you have created your Brands in JobAdder, we need to add the relevant field names and values to your Refari account. 


To do this we need to log in to your Refari account via Refari.co



Using the menu on the left hand side, click on Settings and then Company Settings.



We can then enter the Unique Brand Field Name which is 'Brand' in this example however this could be division/sector and others. This will have been defined and added by JobAdder at your request. You then need to add the Unique Brand Field Value, this is whichever brand/division/sector you want associated with this Refari account and as such which company branding you want sent to candidates on their TopRec communication emails. PLEASE NOTE: Unique Brand Field Value IS Case sensitive.



Once you have entered the details in the 2 fields, click on Update to save your settings.
