How to set up testimonials on your Refari profile

Setting up Testimonials is very easy and you can do this in the Account profile page within the Refari Settings. Upon logging in via Refari.co , we may not start on the right page so we will need to navigate to the account profile.

This can be done using the menu on the left hand side. We need to click on Settings and then Account profile.

Clicking on Account profile will take us to your account and we can scroll to the bottom (if you have not already completed your profile, it might be worth reading this article first: How To Setup your Recruiter profile in Refari. 

At the bottom we can see the following: (this account already has some testimonials via TopRec)

Click on Add Testimonial button will then allow to input the Testimonial Details. 

These will show up in the Testimonial Refari widget if you complete all the fields with a * next to them. 

These are ‘Testimonial’ , ‘Author’s Name’ & ‘Author’s Occupation’.

Author Type is a dropdown option with both Candidate and Client as options. Read here why this can be important for future testimonial installations.

Once you have entered the details, you can click on Save Testimonials. If you have NOT completed one of the above fields you will not be able to save your testimonial.

You will notice you are able to define what is actually shown on your testimonials widget. You may wish to hide the surname/last name, author's occupation or the company name on the testimonial widget.

Once you've saved the testimonial it will appear in the Testimonial widget

 And on the Recruiters own profile page.

You are all done. Your testimonials are all set up. At any time you can add more testimonials or edit testimonials in the same way as above.
