Fields you can enable to get best use out of Refari with Jobadder

The Refari to Jobadder integration is a bidirectional integration meaning data can go both ways. In order to get the best out of the integration you may want to enable some of these custom fields on your Jobadder system.


1 - Candidate sources - When we push a candidate into Jobadder we can identify from where this candidate came from. See this article here. 

2 - Logging Referrals - In the event that a candidate is referred to you directly, via phone or email for instance, we can enable backwards compatibility to trigger referral transparency, alternatively if a candidate is referred to you digitally, Refari can populate fields on the candidate record to tell you who referred that candidate documentation on how to enable these fields here

3 - Tracking if candidates have a job alert with your company - if you are running mailshots or email campaigns it might be useful to know if a candidate is already receiving job alerts from your job board - here is an article about how you can enable this field.
