1. Add a Custom Field in JobAdder

  2. Create a custom field. For this example, the field is named "Brand," but you can name it based on your organization’s needs, such as "Branch" or "Division."
  3. Populate the custom field with values relevant to your setup. These values are typically part of a drop-down menu to ensure consistency.
  4. Make the field mandatory. This ensures that users must select a value when creating or editing a job.

Tip: The mandatory status prevents errors or missing data during the integration process.


2. Link the Custom Field to Refari

  1. Open Refari settings:
    • Go to Settings > Company Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Brand Analytics section.
  3. Select the field nameyou created in JobAdder.
