Candidate/Referrer type users in Refari

Created by Aaron Refari, Modified on Wed, 29 Sep, 2021 at 3:06 PM by Aaron Refari

Within Refari both candidates and referrers (users) can choose to make an account, this account is owned by them and not owned by the organisation through which they created the account. The account is ubiquitous through Refari clients, meaning that the user will not need to create multiple accounts and will be able to see, for example, the job adverts they applied to across multiple organisations in their Refari dashboard. This greatly improves the candidate experience and conversion rate of call to actions within Refari widgets. For example, a user who already has a Refari account can hit your website and the application form will auto-populate their details because they already have an account. Essentially we can present a similar user experience to one of the large job boards (one log-in) across all our clients.

Which branding will be presented?

In the event that a user is only using Refari with your organisation, the portal they can sign into will be branded with your colour scheme and your company logo. However, if the user has applications and/or events across multiple organisations then generic Refari branding will be presented.

What can they do in the portal?

At the time of writing this, they can see all their candidate Referrals, Applications, Saved Jobs and Job Alerts. They also have the option to delete and moderate these where relevant.

Candidate data deletion requests and GDPR

In the event that a candidate wants to see what data is held about them or they would simply like to delete their data permanently, we provide them with a place where they can do this via Settings/Account Profile/

If you are interested in where this profile data is stored, then please refer to Refari Data Security
