This article explains how Refari billing works: who you are billed for, who uses Refari for free, and the other items that can appear on your bill.
How Company User pricing works
Refari's main products, Job Board + Widgets, TopRec, and TalentReach, are charged per Company User per month, and you are only billed for the products you choose to use. A Company User is anyone you set up with a company role, such as a Company Admin, Company Manager, or Company Member. Billing follows the role you assign, not who the person is, so this applies to anyone you give one of those roles to, whether they are part of your own team or someone you have brought in to help run your account.
Who uses Refari for free
The people your team works with through Refari are not billed, however many of them there are. That includes the candidates who apply to your roles, the people who refer them, and anyone you share candidates with for review. They take part in your hiring without ever counting towards your bill.
Billing follows the role, not the person. Someone takes part for free until you give them a company role. From that point, they are billed.
What else can be on your bill
Beyond what you pay per Company User, your bill can also include:
- Website Build: a template or custom recruitment website, charged monthly.
- Add-ons: optional upgrades, some one-off and some monthly, covering your site navigation, web hosting, branding, and email deliverability.
- A one-off Go Live fee when your account is first set up.
- A discount for choosing a longer contract term.
Your specific rates and the items on your plan are set out in your contract, and we will always give you notice before any pricing changes. The pricing calculator on our website is a helpful way to estimate costs.
