This guide walks you through how a Company Admin can sign in to a team member's profile and edit it on their behalf, then sign back out safely. The walkthrough below covers each step, with screenshots, and a short video at the top.
Note: Only a Company Admin can sign in to another team member's profile. If you do not see the option described below, ask a Company Admin on your account to make the change for you.
Step 1: Open your Company Users list
Log in to your own account, go to your Dashboard, then open "Company Users". This shows everyone set up on your company account.

Step 2: Select the team member
Click the name of the team member whose profile you want to edit. A panel will slide in from the right. In this example, we have selected "Ian Acholt".

Step 3: Sign in as the team member
In that panel, click "Sign In As".

You will now be signed in as that team member. You can confirm this in the top left corner, where it reads "Company admin is signed in as [team member's name]".

Step 4: Edit their profile
Go to "Settings" then "Account Profile" and edit their profile exactly as you would edit your own.

Idea: Your changes save automatically. As soon as you make a change in an account profile it is saved for you, so there is no separate save button to click.
Step 5: Log out of their profile
Once you have made your changes, click "Logout" to sign out of the team member's profile.

You're done. When you have logged out successfully, the "Company admin is signed in as" message no longer appears in the top left corner. You can now repeat these steps for any other team member you need to update.
Final Notes
Always remember to log out once you have finished. If you stay signed in as a team member, any further changes you make will apply to their profile rather than your own.
